The best place to farm Eternal Air is in the southern region of Wintergrasp. Kill both the Tempest Revenants and Whispering Winds in this area.
Best Place to Farm Eternal Earth
The best place to farm Eternal Earth is at 71, 58 in The Storm Peaks. Kill the Brittle Revenant there. This can sometimes be a competitive farming spot, if it is, go kill the Lifeblood Elementals in Scholazar Basin at 70,56.
